If you are interested in renting one of our units please fill out the form below. We normally start booking reservations one year in advance for the summer season (generally mid-July) but sometimes have unexpected cancellations. We try very hard to keep our calendar updated, but Claudia can provide the most current availability and will be happy to answer any questions.
Additionally, the house is available during the off-season (through early Fall) at greatly reduced rates. Chautauqua is a wonderful place to visit during the late summer and fall season! See the links on the CHQ Info page for more information on the local area and off-season events.
Off-season Rates: We have a four night minimum. The first 4 nights are $250/night (per unit), stays longer than 4 nights are $225/night, and the rate for a week is $1,550 (per unit). There is a cleaning fee of $220 (per unit) and a 5% County tax.
